This well estate agency require a well presented, well spoken individual to join their team. You will be required to liaise with clients on a regular basis regarding new properties on the market. The successful candidate will enjoy meeting people face to face on a regular basis in order to show them around the properties available. 

Excellent negotiation and interaction skills are required as is a full driving licence and car due to the nature of the position.

  • Have an understanding of IT - MS Outlook, Word, Excel etc
  • Be of a smart appearance/ well presented

An exciting and forward thinking Estate Agents based in Horsham have the requirement for a Sales Negotiator to join their existing team. You must have experience working as a Sales Negotiator (at least 1-2 years experience).

As a Sales Negotiator you will be primarily carrying out viewings, managing a range of buyers, and achieving the best possible result for your clients. You must have a full UK drivers licence and a car, you should also have knowledge of the local area.

Duties

You will be chasing warm leads, ones that have been generated by website enquiries, responding to inbound calls, and speaking with new buyers who walk into the office. You will then construct viewings that match what the buyers are looking for and close offers for your client. Finally, the Sales Negotiator will see the sale through from offer to exchange and completion.

The ideal candidate will have worked in the Automotive Industry and used Kerridge.

Main Duties:

  • Producing daily banking and cash posting to Kerridge

  • Reconciling PDQ totals for:

    • Service

    • Parts

    • Sales

  • Posting the daily bank statement to Kerridge – Debits and Credits

  • Posting the cheque book

  • Reconciling the bank account

  • Reconciling the cash suspense/ till accounts/ deposit accounts

  • Producing daily outstanding cash reports

  • Chasing trade debtor accounts and reporting back to Management

  • Maintain a low level of payments on account

  • Filing

  • Any other ad hoc duties

This role would suit someone with possible children at school/ return to work mum or just somebody who is looking for a part time role. Hours would ideally be Monday to Friday 9-3 but can be adjusted to suit for the right person.

Part-Time Customer Advisor

Location: Twickenham and Richmond

Salary: £8.65 per hour plus benefits:

Due to expansion, our client have a vacancy for a Part-Time Customer Advisor to provide cover within their self-storage branches around Twickenham and Richmond. 

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring company profitability through the provision of continuous sales activities, excellent customer service and a high level of organisational skills.  We are looking for someone with the ability and drive to make a difference, demonstrating a high level of commitment to customer care values and presenting a professional image at all times.

You will also be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in all aspects of running and developing the self storage business by achieving targets in the sales of our units and merchandising and providing every customer with an outstanding service.

Briefly the role involves:

  • Answering all telephone enquiries efficiently and satisfactorily
  • Advising customers of cost and services, both on the telephone and in person
  • Showing potential customers around the premises
  • Up selling storage products and services including cold calling
  • Preparing customer contracts
  • Sending mail merges
  • Collating customer details and maintain database
  • General housekeeping ensuring the premises are kept neat and tidy

Applicants must have a good level of general education including Maths and English and be IT literate with practical experience of working within a customer service environment. You must be customer focused and flexible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good numeracy skills and possess a genuine interest in sales.

You must live 30 minutes travelling time from the branch and preferably hold a full driving licence.

Previous experience would be an advantage.
